“…I’ve been processing all the layers of this life changing experience. From conscious eating, detox tea, body work, classes, excursions, authentic human to human connection, and more… to releasing, transforming, becoming, this was an experience I will never forget! - Deborah
“Your retreat was the best thing I’ve done for myself in my life, ever. I accessed, finally, the feelings of being nurtured, after being in a state of constant overwhelm for so long. I learned what it feels like to feel nourished in my body.” - Andrea
“The Joshua Tree retreat was the perfect getaway. It meant so much to have a safe place to share and play, and have permission to relax and indulge, and be in all that laughter. It fed my soul! Rachel’s teachings are so real and caring and loving, and the fruits of her life and work experience are so bountiful and helpful.” - Kathryn
"My Nicaragua retreat with Rachel was the time of my life! I loved the casual, laid back vibe of everything. There was a lot of freedom to do what you wanted, but also a nice structure to our days that kept me grounded. The yoga we did was both athletic and relaxing which was a perfect balance. It was such a great treat to myself and I recommend everyone participate in a yoga retreat if you get the chance. Rachel created a safe, fun, uplifting and pleasurable atmosphere that I think I'll be having withdrawals from until I join her on her next retreat!" - Greta
